The power of WE

ONE PLUS ONE EQUALS THREE

“One plus one equals three” and “the whole is more than the sum of its parts”

Clichés that we all know, and certainly agree upon.

So how come, when it falls on us, are we unable to apply?

Too many barriers and hang-ups

Insufficient experience and skill

And not enough faith in the huge potential outcome of creating partnerships.

Much is said of IQ (intelligence) and of EQ (emotional intelligence);

In this encounter we will learn to use the power of our We-Q to reach new outcomes.

What’s going to happen in this encounter?

  • The Team and its Interfaces: We will get to know ourselves as a team, and we will assess what really inhibits us as individuals and as team players

  • Engagemnet and Influence: We will develop influence and leadership skills and learn to create effective circles of cooperation around us

  • Managing relationships with research-based tools: We will discuss how these tools will enable us to correctly manage cooperative efforts and long-term relations with clients, colleagues, and additional interfaces

  • Application: We will map our work environment, and we will categorize our norms, agreements, and novel behaviors

At the core of this encounter is our smart activity: The Matrix™ Challenge, which

deals with creating partnerships, matrixial management, influence and engagement

Influence and Persuasion

What makes people say YES?

It is no secret that compliance and cooperation of others is essential for us, in order to succeed and achieve our goals and desires.

Research shows that there are proven ethical tools that can increase the probability of getting a YES to a request or a suggestion.

In this workshop is designed to enable us identify our personal

approach when we are trying to influence other people, and

provide us with tools to improve results and increase our

abilities to influence others.

We will learn how to steer clear of common influence traps that

are manipulative and lead to bad decisions.

We will go through the powerful Six Principles of persuasion

and how you can ethically apply them to produce lasting change

in others.

How to identify critical "moments of power".

What scientific research tells us that is different from conventional

wisdom about how to most effectively influence others.

How to identify small changes in your current approaches to make big differences in people's willingness to say yes to your requests.

The workshop is an active experience, which is both enjoyable and informative

The Domino Effect

The art of self management & Personal effectiveness

Making Best Use of Your Time, Energy and Motivation

We all have the same amount of time during the day, but the tasks

and challenges before us vary from person to person, both in

quantity and in nature.

We all feel that there are more tasks to do then time and energy

available.

How will we be able to work differently in order to improve

the results?  How will we succeed in increasing our personal

effectiveness?  The goal of the workshop is to provide tools for

increasing performance under pressure, and for strengthening

our self leadership.

Main topics:

  • Doing More - Enhancing Efficiency and self Motivation

  • Multi Tasking

  • Prioritization

  • The main activity: The focus challenge™

The Organizational MAGNET

Many organizational efforts are invested to enhance employee

engagement, but not always make areal difference.

Contrary to popular belief, employee engagement is not the

same things as job satisfaction, nor does it simply mean job

happiness.

In this the session:

We will define employees engagement and its influence on

the success of the business.

Engagement Check - we will use research based tools  to

identify our level of engagement and learn practical methods

that will enable us to enhance the organizational engagement.

Engage them in colors - we will take it one step forward, and learn how to engage different employees, based on personal type differences between people

Communication styles

The workshop is an experiential process that will allow participants to learn to identify their personal style and of those around them and know how to work better and motivate people with different styles. At the workshop, a unified, common, catchy, and applicable language is created and accompanies us much in the corridors of the organization later.

What connects people, what keeps them together? How to get cooperation with others? In this fascinating session, we will get acquainted with the four personal elements, which exist in each of us and affect the way we manage ourselves and communicate people.

Feedback and Review

Managing meaningful conversations

We’ve discovered that in many organizations:

  • Feedback and review is a tedious process for most executives and employees

  • Usually there is no organized procedure or tool for feedback and review

  • The review lacks authenticity

  • There is a trend to over-evaluate employees, which is expressed through the grading scale

  • There is no differentiation: it is hard to notice the exemplary employees from the rest of the working staff

How you will turn the review into:

  • An everyday, non-singular tool

  • A  truly managerial tool that enhances employees and pushes them towards their goals

  • A process that truly and positively affects the organization’s operations

  • A strategic tool for the organization and its management

The product of these encounters:

  • Developing a uniform language among the executives of the organization

  • Delivering managers tools to effect a correct employee review, to properly touch base, with a wide and long-term perspective, with minimum divergence

  • Preparing managers for the review process, but also to develop skills for reviewing as a continuous and effective tool to enhance performance

In the workshop you will find innovative research-based models,

and learning based on simulations and real dilemmas of managers.

The Science of Courage

Working with Doubt, Fear, and Uncertainty

If Only I had Money/Time/Security/Courage, I would…

What stands between us and between the realization of our goals? How do we release ourselves from the comfort zone?

Cognitive Science teaches us that because of the brain’s neuroplasticity, courage is something we can develop and enhance.

The workshop is an engaging experience in which we train our “brain muscles” in 2 ways:

  • Focusing Behavior: how to choose one action from a wide range of behaviors

  • Managing Fear: how to properly frame our fears so that they don’t manage us

The Workshop includes:

  • Courage and Fear: Two separate mechanisms of our brain – how do we separate them in reality?

  • Motivation: Two different motivational engines activate us: achievement and avoidance – how do we work with them?

  • Weakening Fear: Reframing our “stories”

  • Working Strategies that enhance our choice in action and in doing

  • Creating Focus: Correct targeting that increases courage

During the Workshop we will practice Courage

The DNA of Success

How Do We Adopt Successful Behavior?

All of us want to succeed. Success is a relative and subjective term,

that each of us defines for ourself. There are those that seems to succeed

at everything, as so success is chasing them. What is their secret?

Research shows that there is a commonality among those that we define

as successful, and also, that inborn skills are important, but not the most important.

Meaning, there are similar behavioral characteristics among successful

people (people who have reached remarkable achievements in a specific field).

The Workshop includes:

  • An introduction to 4 behavioral characteristics that have been proven to effect a higher chance of success

  • Identifying our inherent characteristics as routine and how to promote them

  • Tools on how to let go of behavior and mannerisms that do not serve us and how to replace them with those that do

  • Learning how to increase our circle of influence and with it our own personal success

  • Practical tools for creating successful behavior

Personal and Organizational Happiness

What is Happiness, and how can we “learn” to be happy?

What really makes us happy at work?

In this program we will supply the participants with simple and applicable tools that promote happiness in

their personal life and at work.

We will learn:

  • How to cultivate positive emotions such as gratitude and respect among our staff, and why it is so important

  • How to use physiology to improve our awareness

  • How to train the brain to choose happiness-promoting perception

  • What we can already start doing to create more happiness in our workplace

After the session: We can create positive energy and promote happiness
